Housekeeping services include a mid-stay cleaning and change of linen and towels for bookings over 7 nights and each 7 night period thereafter. More frequent housekeeping is available on request at extra charge. Please note that electricity consumption up to 300 Kwh per week is included in the room rate. Electricity consumption in excess of the above, will be charged at 0.30 EUR per Kwh. Please note that the first baby cot and first high chair is available free of charge. Additional baby cots and high chairs are available at extra charge per day. Please inform Villa Jakob in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
