A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable 7 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that pool heating is available from October to April upon request and upon a daily charge of EUR 40 payable on arrival. Please note that there is a wedding reception fee of EUR 1000, payable on arrival, and includes the cleaning of the outdoor area after the reception.
