Additional pets on request. For time periods less than a week service charge and pet fee is the same amount as for the whole week. Security deposit payable only in cash. Towels must be brought along. Separate access to the property. Owner lives temporarily supplementary flat in the main house. Please inform Haus Karla 305S in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 125 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
