Additional pets on request. For time periods less than a week service charge and pet fee is the same amount as for the whole week. Security deposit payable only in cash. Towels must be brought along. Separate access to the property, via external stairs. Owner lives on the ground floor. Please inform Haus Mali Ive 300S in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
