Security deposit payable only in cash. Towels must be brought along. Owner lives on the ground floor. Please inform Haus Viktorija 406S in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 130 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
