2 дня из трёх у нас не было горячей воды. Менеджеры по работе с клиентами обвиняли в этом дождливую погоду и заняли оборонительную позицию. Никто ни разу не извинился и не попытался как-нибудь решить эту проблему. Единственное место, где берет wifi - это ресепшен. Питание не соответствует заявленному уровню 4 звёзд, похоже скорее на столовую в студенческом общежитии. "Вид на море" сквозь высокие деревья перед окнами. Стаканы в нашем номере были грязными, за 3 дня нашего проживания чистых нам так никто и не дал.
