Security deposit payable only in cash. Towels must be brought along. Separate access to the property, via external stairs. Owner lives on the ground floor. Please inform Haus Lucija 305S in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
