The property requires a deposit at the time of the 25% reserve amount and the remaining 75% must be paid one month before arrival. All deposits are not refundable and must be made by bank transfer or PayPal payment (where possible), bank charges or Paypal are charged to the customer. It requires a US $ 500 CASH security deposit, which We will give it only to check out after a careful check, if no damage has been caused to the apartment. To check-in / out outside dgli office hours (Monday - Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm) you will require a payment of US $ 25 CASH. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Pura Vida Condo in advance of your expected arrival time.
