NOTE: loss of keys involve a cost of US $ 100 for the replacement of the lock. The normal check-out time is 09:00 am-11: 00 am (Monday-Saturday) and check-in 3:00 pm -05: 00 pm (Monday-Saturday). Outside of these hours the customer will have to pay US $ 25.00 extra for overtime. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Casa Sofía Península 37 in advance of your expected arrival time.
