Cancellations are made 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge. Cancellation within 30 days to arrival will be charged 100% of the prepayment. Easter Week and Christmas/New Year Week: cancellations are made 60 days prior to arrival date are free. Cancellations within 60 days will be charged with 100% of the prepayment. No parties or events - Please keep all noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 pm If you would like to have outside guests visit the property please send us an email with their name and id number ahead of time. Absolutely no prostitutes are allowed on the property. We reserve the right to not allow certain visitors access to the property. Please do not take room towels to the beach, we have beach towels available. $30 Fee for Beach Towels Not Returned. Feel free to use the outside showers to remove any extra sand before entering the pool or your room. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
