As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodation plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation. Please note special conditions apply for more than 3 reservations. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that breakfast is not included for any children staying for free in rooms. Breakfast for children is available at an extra cost.
