As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodation plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation. Please note some transportation services have a surcharge. Please note special conditions apply for more than 3 reservations. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property or call Center will contact you after you book to provide instructions. - Breakfast is not included for children under 11 staying for free in the rooms. - Children under 10 years old can stay for free using existing beds. - Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for foreign visitors) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance. The swimming pool of the he property will be closed for maintenance from February 16th 2019 until March 31st 2019. Please know that all other wet areas will be working. - Please note that the swimming pool and other spa areas are not available on the first Monday of each month.
