Not bad

Близко от метро, макдональдс рядом, недорого.

При заезде взяли больше на 700 rmB, при выезде, попросили карту оплатить еще 1600, показал чек что оплачивал 2000 до этого, сказали что это аванс был, я сказал пошли в попу у меня бронь 1300 через Hotels.ru, протупили 40 минут, потом выяснили что да и попросили 15% доплатить, я показал еще раз чек что 2000 уже заплатил,тогда согласились что мне должны еще и сделали возврат на карту, прошло 3 дня пока не пришел.

Я забронировал double room, но с меня потребовали плату за три комнаты. Я поругался с человеком за стойкой, затем он вызвал менеджера. Конфликт решился только к половине десятого вечера… Очень плохое отношение к клиентам. Не порекомендовал бы этот отель ни одному из моих друзей.
