Доброжелательность персонала! Хорошее расположение относительно транспортных развязок. Достойный "шведский стол" на завтрак. Отсутствуют посторонние запахи в номере. Высокий уровень чистоты в номере, поддерживаемый ежедневными уборками. Хорошо работают системы холодного и горячего водоснабжения (нет необходимости долго спускать воду, прежде чем она станет горячей).

Отсутствие русскоговорящего персонала и низкий уровень владения английским языком. Сан.узел выполнен из полупрозрачного стекла. Ощущался недостаток света, как днем так и вечером, т.к. наш номер имел вытянутую форму и окно располагалось в дальнем торце.

Душ ужасный, даже намного хуже тех, что можно увидеть в индийских хостелах. Ковер был липким, а в номере стоял отвратительный запах!

Расположение, расположение, расположение

Я вернулся в отель после поездки в Харбин, так как хотел забронировать у турагента в лобби перелет в Шеньджень. В этот раз номер мне достался побольше , чем в прошлый раз и выходил на южную сторону; из окна виднелись старые склады и остановка. Но в номере был холодильник и это оказалось очень удобным. Что касается других номеров, то ремонт намного улучшит их внешний вид. Еще, отель расположен в переулке рядом с вокзалом, поэтому в первый раз его трудно найти. Карта, gps, или спросить как добраться (если вы говорите на мандаринском наречии). Но вывеска отеля видна за несколько кварталов.
