February 09 2013Ничего положительно. Это было ужасно. Я еще никогда не видела такого плохого сервиса. Два дня подряд с 11 утра до 12.30 был невероятный шум с верхнего этажа, и мы звонили на ресепшн 7 раз, чтобы кто-нибудь пришел и разобрался с этим.
В итальянском ресторане Mozarela de Buffalo нам подали очень старый сыр. В китайском ресторане мы были одни, однако заказанную утку по-пекински нам принесли лишь спустя 45 минут и уже холодную. В счет включили самой дорогой чай, хотя мы заказывали обычный зеленый. Я сказала об этом менеджеру, и они отдали нам деньги за чай. Хороший персонал только в лобби отеля. Я отправила все замечания генеральному менеджеру этого отеля. Пожалуйста, останавливайтесь в другом отеле. Создается впечатление, что это не настоящий Four Season. Расположение также не самое удачное.

February 09 2013Сказать нечего. Все было просто ужасно. Никогда не встречал такого ужасного обслуживания в этой сети отелей. В течение двух дней, с 11.00 до 12.30 с верхнего этажа доносился такой сильный шум, что просто ужас! Мы звонили на стойку регистрации 7 раз, просили прекратить этот хаос.
В итальянской ресторане Mozarela de Buffalo - это настоящая подделка, сыр был ужасно старый. Когда мы ходили в китайский ресторан, то так получилось, что мы были единственными посетителями. Мы заказали утку по-бейджински, но нам пришлось ждать ее 45 минут и, когда ее наконец принесли, она была холодной. Кроме того, в счет включили самый дорогой чай, хотя мы просили обычный зеленый. Я сказал об этом менеджеру и нам вернули деньги за чай. Это был полный кошмар! Нормальный персонал в отеле только в лобби. Я уже отправил свой отзыв главному управляющему этого отеля. Пожалуйста, выберите себе другой отель, не приезжайте сюда! Этот отель совсем не похож на настоящий Four Season. И еще: отвратительное место расположения.

Недавно я останавливалась здесь со своей матерью на 9 дней, и нам совсем не хотелось уезжать отсюда. Все было превосходно от дизайна номеров к качеству еды - обслуживание было невероятным. Мы останавливались во многих прекрасных отелях, но этот был просто потрясающим. Моя мама приезжала сюда с целью ведения бизнеса, а я просто отдохнуть, но и ее, и мои цели были полностью удовлетворены. Здесь есть все и для бизнесменов, и для рядовых туристов. Не могу дождаться, когда мне представится шанс вернуться сюда.

Очень хороший отель. я останавливался только на ночь, был в командировке, но мне все понравилось. Будьте осторожны с таксистами в аэропорте, они стараются взять с вам максимальную стоимость. Поезда стоит около 70-100 юаней, но могут попросить и 500, вполне официально и по счетчику.
