Чистый и комфортабельный номер.

1 - Персонал ресепшена не хочет идти на контакт и ведет себя неприветливо. 2 - Бронь моего номера не подтвердили вовремя и мне пришлось ночевать в другом отеле до утра. 3 - С меня взяли слишком большую плату за одну ночь. В общем, я остался недоволен отелем.

Чистый и комфортабельный номер.

Персонал на ресепшн был несобранный и безответственный. Они не подтвердили мой заказ в срок, и мне пришлось останавливаться в другом отеле на утренний период. Они берут более выокую оплату, чем я ожидал. Полностью недоволен этим отелем.

Неумелое руководство отелем и неправильный прием бизнес-клиентов.

Худшее обслуживание клиентов, которое я видел за последнее время. Если владелец что-либо не поменяет в ближайшее время, то ему лучшее вообще свернуть этот вид деятельности.
