Хорошее расположение отеля, видовые номера (если указать при бронировании, что нужен вид), уютные. Тишина в отеле. На мой взгляд цена невысокая для отеля в центре города, чистом и приятном. Учтивый персонал. Впечатление от отеля осталось очень хорошее.

Завтрак могу отнести в минусам. Дорого и не вкусно, выбор продуктов мал. А еще в номерах жарко.

Неприятности связаны главным образом с различием информации, указанной на сайте бронирования, и реальным положением дел в отеле: 1) при бронировании было указано, что завтрак включен в стоимость проживания, но в отеле мне сказали, что это не так; 2) стоимость номера варьируется в зависимости от того, будний это день или выходной, что не было указано при бронировании.
