Персонал был действительно доброжелателен и делал все возможное и невозможное, чтобы мы остались довольны. Их английский язык был на высоте и не вызывал никаких проблем. Номера были действительно удобными, кровати и подушки отличными. Отель расположен всего в 250 метрах от станции Лос Леонес. Без колебаний рекомендую этот отель. Мы определенно остановимся здесь, если снова приедем в Сантьяго.

Никаких минусов, все было действительно здорово.

Отличное расположение, отель ориентирован на деловых людей. Завтраки включены в стоимость и не зря - все вкусное и свежее. Главная проблема состоит в том, что отелю явно требуется реконструкция: ковры местами протерлись, обои поблекли и потемнели, сантехника и мебель износились. Наш первый номер носил все вышеперечисленные возрастные признаки и оказался вдобавок слишком шумным - внизу гуляли две свадьбы и музыка стихла только под утро. Во второй раз номер был лучше и чище, но все равно далек от совершенства.
