From Concón Condor bus station there are 2 options: 1) You can take a taxi that will take you directly to Cabañas Alicia - Concón. 2) Alternatively you can take a 10-minute 'locomoción colectiva' bus ride from Borgoño Avenue to the pedestrian street at Bahamas Beach, where you have to climb a short flight of stairs and then walk 1 block to the right. From Viña del Mar bus station Take a taxi directly from Viña del Mar bus station to Cabañas Alicia - Concón. With GPS: If you travel with GPS, you must search for the intersection of streets Magdalena Paz and Elenas or Vergara. Please note, Magdalena Paz street is not listed in the GPS maps because it is very short. LOCAL TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19% To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
