Payment by credit / debit card for the full rental amount will be taken at the time of booking. If cancelled before 42 days prior to your arrival you will receive the full 100% back. If cancelled within 42 days this will be non refundable. A security deposit amount of €250 will be captured on check in, and held until you depart. The funds will not be charged, but held and released within 7 working days after departure providing there is no damage to the property or any of its contents. Early check ins and late check outs will be accepted subject to availability, and with a fee which varies depending on the season (Please contact us for further information).
