Guests are asked to confirm their time of arrival and flight number; we will send our driver to collect you from the airport, he will have your room key. You pay him directly 15€ for the day and 20€ for the night. The driver will escort you to reception where you can check in and open your private guest account. If you require extra cleaning/laundry service please contact the property directly. you can book & pay for these extra services prior to arrival. Please inform Self Catering Villas with Pools at Dunas Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CVE 20000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.
