WINTER SEASON 2018/2019: 22 November 2018 – 30 April 2019: Only guests of the age 21 or older are allowed to check in, check out or stay at the accommodation without a parent or official guardian. Final Payment Schedule: SUMMER Season: 01 May-27 November 2019: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival. Regular Winter 2018/2019 Season: 22 November 2018 - 13 December 2018 and 6 January 2019 – 30 April 2019: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival. 14 December 2018 - 20 December 2018: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 42 days prior to arrival. 21 December 2018 - 5 January 2019: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 60 days prior to arrival. The credit card used at the time of the booking must be presented by the cardholder upon check-in. A security deposit will be required at check in and hold for the entire stay of the guests. The deposit amount can vary depending on the unit booked, the age of the guests, the size of the group and especially the period of time (eg. higher on long weekends and during the winter season). It may vary from CAD 250 - CAD 2000. Please note, each room cannot exceed the maximum occupancy including adults and children. Please see the specific room description for more details. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. A touch-up clean and towel and linen change are included once every 4 days for stays of 5 nights or longer.
