Front desk hours of operation are as follows: During Peak Season 1 July - 6 September and 25 November - 23 April - Fridays: 9:00 to 23:00 - Saturdays: 8:00 to 23:00 - Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 to 17:00 During Shoulder Season 24 April - 30 June and 7 September - 24 November - Fridays: 9:00 to 23:00 - Saturdays: 8:00 to 23:00 - Sunday to Thursday: CLOSED Outside of these hours of operation, guests are kindly requested to present themselves at the following address: Blackcomb Lodge 4220 Gateway Drive, V0N 1B4 Whistler Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please note, 3rd party credit cards are not accepted without a credit card pre-authorisation form. If the form is not returned within 24 hours, the property has the right to cancel the reservation. Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Whistler Premier Resorts reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality. Please note that there will be road delays on Blackcomb Way, until August 10, 2018. A security deposit of CAD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
