The credit card holder's name must match the guest name upon booking or the reservation will be canceled with in 48 hours of booking. If the credit card provided is declined we will cancel the reservation straight away. If the reservation is cancelled before the cancellation policy the first night stay fee will be refunded Please note, there is no lift on-site.
