Violation will result in forfeiture of all monies paid including the security deposit and the reservation will be immediately cancelled. Upon check-in, guests are required to show a photo ID and the credit card provided when booking. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 21 Iceboat Terrace, M5V 4A9 Toronto. Please inform TVHR - Luxury Condos in Heart of Downtown in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
