This property requires that the guests review a set of rental rules and agree to abide by the rules during their stay. The property will provide the rental rules upon confirmation of the reservation. A valid credit card is required on file to hold the reservation and an authorization is processed to validate the card. This authorization will not result in any withdrawal from the account and will drop off automatically. Guests will be contacted by the property closer to arrival regarding the payment of the reservation price, security deposit hold and id verification. Occupancy is strictly restricted to the number of guests listed on the Reservation. Violation will result in forfeiture of all monies paid including the security deposit and the reservation will be immediately cancelled. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 600 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
