Deck 27 pool and fitness centre will be closed from 8 December 2018 until 21 December 2018 for maintenance. A temporary fitness centre will be available Monday - Sunday from 06:00 until 24:00. An adult's only pool will be available at Deck 2 Monday - Sunday 06:00 until 8:00 and 22:00pm until 24:00. Please note, the credit card used at the time of the booking must be presented by the cardholder upon check in, along with a valid ID. If you are making a booking for somebody else, contact the hotel to request a third party authorisation form. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note that bed and breakfast rates include vouchers for 2 people. Please contact the property for the hours of operation of the waterslide, pool and kids centre. For stay dates on December 31st, 2018, and August 2nd - 4th, 2019 : A maximum of 3 guests are permitted per room (reservations for 4+ guests cannot be accepted during these dates). Only the number of guests registered will receive the wristband(s). Guests must wear the wristband to access the guest room floors after 21:00 hrs Please note that a security deposit of CAD 250 will be requested at check-in and refunded at check-out. The Family Pool & Water slide will be closed Monday, January 7, 2019 and will reopen Friday, January 25, 2019, for annual preventative maintenance. Specific Family Swim times have been arranged on Deck 27, Monday to Sunday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
