Please note that there is only one parking spot per unit available on property. A free parking pass will be given upon check in and registration of the vehicle. It is the responsibility of the registered guest to inform the other members of their party of this policy. The on-site Office Hours are 11:00 to 19:00. The Operation Hours are from 07:00 to 23:00. The front desk/office is closed on 25 December. Guests, with a check in of 24 December or prior, are still able to stay through this date. There will be an On-Call Manager & Security available for emergency purposes. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Canadian Rockies Chalets in advance of your expected arrival time.
