This large rental home will sleep up to 24 guests comfortably, and each home has a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Our Clearwater Beach Cabana is only 2 blocks to the beach and is within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, water sports, sightseeing and Pier 60. Our rental home is a short drive to the nearby beaches of Indian Rocks, Redington Shores and St. Pete Beach. If you prefer, the Clearwater Jolley Trolley stops conveniently nearby our Clearwater Beach Cabana, and it will take you all the way down to St. Pete Beach and any and all the stops along the way. This rental home is one of a kind on the beach, as it is one of the few large beach homes in our area. There is nothing else like it available on the island. The Clearwater Beach Cabana is located at Bruce Ave and Lantana Avenue in North Clearwater Beach. You can rent our Clearwater Beach Cabana as a whole or you can rent each rental home separately. If you rent all 3 you will have a private pool and courtyard. If you rent each villa separately you may be sharing a pool and the large courtyard. The Clearwater Beach Cabana is made up of three rental homes that make up a wonderful and large beach compound. The first rental home which is named Bruce Cabana has three bedrooms, one bathroom and it will comfortably sleep 8 guests with 3 queen beds and a bunk bed. This rental home in North Clearwater Beach has its own living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and access to the pool and courtyard. This cute rental home is perfect for a group wanting to stay close to the beach and within walking distance to all activities. The second rental home which is named Guesthouse Villa has one bedroom, one bathroom and it comfortably sleeps 4 guests with a queen bed and a queen futon. This cozy rental home is the smallest of the three and it has a full kitchen and a breakfast area. Our Guesthouse Villa in Clearwater Beach also has full access to the lagoon style pool and the large courtyard. The third rental home which is named Lantana Cabana has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 12 guests with 4 queen beds and 2 sleeper futons. Our Lantana Villa has its own full kitchen, dining room, living room and full access to the pool and courtyard. With the 3 rental villas surrounding the large pool and gathering area your group can be together, yet each enjoy the privacy of their own rental home. Overall this great three building beach complex is perfect for large groups, families, corporate retreats, church groups, school groups, sports teams and small weddings. Our Clearwater Beach Cabana has enough parking space for up to 6 vehicles. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible.5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children.6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences.7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm.8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so.9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home.11. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
