Хороший персонал. Открытый и закрытый бассейн. Спа. Родоновая ванна. Хороший ресторан.

Отель расположен рядом с дорогой (обычной и железнодорожной).

Персонал был очень любезен и предупредителен. В спа-центре работают отличные массажисты. Широкий спектр процедур в вашем распоряжении. Шведский стол на обед был удивительным, а наличие вегетарианских блюд не могло не радовать.

Шторы в нашем номере были меньше, чем окно, поэтому мы вынуждены были одевать маски, чтобы спать. Номера с видом на улицу немного шумные. Слабый напор воды в ванной комнате.

Balneo Complex & Spa Aquatonik is located in Velingrad, the spa capital of the Balkans. Located near Kleptuza Lake, it offers free usage of the spa's aquatonic mineral water pool, sauna, ice room and steam baths.

Fitted with free Wi-Fi, the modern air-conditioned rooms all come with a TV, sofa bed and minibar. Bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub.
