Эта гостиница предоставляет все необходимые условия для комфортного проживания. Разные мелочи вас приятно удивят. Каждый день в номер приносят бутылки с питьевой водой и шоколадки, на ресепшене всегда есть свежие яблоки и конфеты, в номере есть доступ к беспроводному Интернету. Я лично чувствовал здесь себя как дома. Мне не хватало утренней английской газеты для полного кайфа. Я приехал в гостиницу рано утром и мне предоставили номер на одном из последних этажей здания. Все сотрудники на ресепшене услужливы и работают очень профессионально. В холле установлено несколько компьютеров, которыми может воспользоваться любой постоялец абсолютно бесплатно. В номерах безупречно чисто. Завтраки вкусные. До центральных улиц города можно добраться за десять минут пешком. Окрестности гостиницы безопасны. Я обязательно буду здесь останавливаться во время следующих визитов в этот город.

Мне понравилась эта гостиница, но кровать была твердой. В номере было уютно и комфортабельно. Во всех комнатах поддерживается чистота и порядок. Персонал весьма услужливый и отзывчивый. Расположение отеля нам идеально подходило для цели нашего визита. На общественном транспорте можно быстро добраться до ближайшего торгового центра. Все завтраки были вкусными и обильными. Каждое утро нам готовили восхитительный кофе. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда в самое ближайшее время.

Хотя от лучшего западноевропейского бренда и ожидаешь определенного стандарта, его не соблюли, когда дело дошло до обслуживания клиентов. Мне предоставили номер 101 с проблемной сантехникой и шумным отоплением, и я попросил поменять комнату. Администратор настаивал, что отель полностью забит, хотя дело было не в этом. На следующую ночь я все-таки добился другой комнаты, но, тем не менее, общее впечатление было уже испорчено. Я никогда больше не приеду в этот отель, но все же надеюсь, что администрация примет меры для его улучшения.

Превосходный отель в нескольких минутах ходьбы от основных достопримечательностей центра города. Номера были хорошими и очень чистыми. Работники были приветливыми и любезными, они быстро и эффективно организовали для нас транспорт до аэропорта. Завтрак был плотным и достаточно разнообразным.
