Новый, удобная кровать, приличная ванная.

Вся территория сплошная стройка! На карте показано, будто комплекс располагается посреди озера. На самом деле, они осушили озеро, чтобы застроить место квартирными блоками. На так называемой кухне не было даже плиты или варочной панели, только микроволновка. В мертвый сезон вся округа выглядит безжизненно и скучно, рядом нет ни одного ресторана. Бронируйте только в качестве места для одинарной ночевки.
