Расположение отеля: шаговая доступность до центральной улицы и до подъёмника. Наличие мини-кухни: плитка, холодильник, а также всякая необходимая посуда. Достаточное количество мебели (шкафа, тумбочек, полок, стола и стульев) для комфортного размещения всех вещей и принадлежностей

Санузел: постоянно забивалось сливное отверстие в душе (мылись, стоя в поддоне, заполненном до верху водой), запах зловонии и сырости в туалете, периодически капала вода из бойлера.

Менеджер отеля позаботился о том, чтобы каждая наша просьба была выполнена. Он посоветовал нам сменить наше первоначальное бронирование на один номер для детей и один для нас, вместо одного номера побольше. Номера большие, просторные, удобные, и в них тепло.

Требуется больше места на стене, чтобы повесить вещи. Гостям необходимо по два ключа от каждого номера. Мало места на кухне, чтобы удобно было готовить.
