Замечательный персонал, крайне необходим при переводе информации. Отель чистый, служба уборки номеров была на высоте. Хороший бассейн на верхнем этаже. Отличный завтрак с большим выбором и свежими продуктами. Хорошее расположение в 4 кварталах от пляжа и в 1 квартале от станции метро.

Система кондиционирования воздуха была очень старой и шумной. Только с 3 попытки удалось что-то сделать. Кондиционер плохо работал, и в один из вечеров было очень холодно. Для 4-звездочного отель, и цены за номер, которые увеличиваются вдвое во время карнавала, это недопустимо. Нужно вложить деньги в систему кондиционирования. Обстановка в номере может быть обновлена - были видны провода на полке мини-бар. Сигнал Wi-Fi был очень плохим (особенно в номере), соединение постоянно рвалось. Wi-Fi становится неотъемлемой частью даже во время отдыха. И опять таки, для отеля с 4 звездами это недопустимое упущение.
