According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. Please note that the credit card provided will be pre-authorised by the property at anytime after the booking is made. Please note that guests travelling with pets must present valid vaccination documents of the animal. Please inform the property in advance about the size of the pet and approximate time of arrival. The property only accepts one pet per room, smaller then 50 cm, with a surcharge. Upon check-in you should provide the veterinary certificate with all vaccination.
