Отель ну никак не тянет на 4 звезды; максимум две. В лобби некрасивый и там ужасно пахнет. Персонал при поселении абсолютно негостеприимный. Несмотря на то, что мы заранее предупредили, что нам нужны номера рядом, нас поселили в номера на разных этажах. Администратор совсем не желал помогать. В номере не было интернета, хотя на сайте было заявлено, что есть. За окном валялись бычки. Полотенца и туалетные принадлежности были плохого качества. У отеля нет собственной парковки и нет скидок на платной стоянке рядом.

Отличный персонал на ресепшене - очень вежливый и готов помочь по любому вопросу. До центра Брюсселя идти около 25 минут, нам это подходило, по дороге на Рождественский Базар мы осматривали достопримечательности.

Ванная была помыта, но выглядела так, как будто ее нужно покрасить - немного устаревшая и не настолько чистая, чтобы нам понравиться.

Достаточно большой номер. Телевизор с плоским экраном.

Администраторы не очень доброжелательные. Парень, который меня вселял, вообще не говорил по-английски. Грязные подушки (на обратной стороне я увидел следы губной помады). Постельное белье в дырках. В ванной была плесень. На следующее утро производилось испытание пожарной сигнализации.
