Studio's The studio's are located in the main-building. Please confirm your arrival hour as there is no reception. Superior Apartments The Superior Apartments are located at 6 minutes walking from the main-building in a residential street, you will receive a detailed road-map with your check in email. On arrival, you can directly go to the Superior Apartment you booked, to check in with your personal code that you received in the check in email. The distribution of the Apartments is indicated in the email and you will find a Floor-plan in the entrance hall. The Patio is a shared area and located on the ground floor. The washing machine is located in the basement. Please inform Brussels Central Flats in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
