However, if accommodation is left in excessive dirt, an additional cleaning fee of EUR 50 will be charged. A surcharge of EUR 10 per 30 min after 19:30 hrs applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
