According to the booking policy, if you cancel your reservation on time, the pre-payment will be refunded the same day of your cancellation, within 48 hour if the credit card is European, for non-European credit card it will be within 5 working days. There is a driver service that lets guest travel to and from both the station and the airport. A maximum of 5 people can be transported. The airport shuttle fee from both Brussels Airports is 65 EUR and from Brussels train stations is 25 EUR. Please note that for Non Refundable bookings for which credit cards are declined, a penalty of 20% will be applied to the rate when the guests check in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
