Please note that the following safety deposit policies apply to cover incidentals and/or damages: - For each small accommodation suitable for 2 persons: EUR 500 - For each large accommodation suitable for 4 persons: EUR 1000 The deposit can be paid cash by arrival or we can make a reservation on your credit card for the duration of your stay. If you prefer a payment by bank transfer, the deposit will be refunded within 3 working days. Please inform Cadix 35 in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
