This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Please inform Arass Business Flats in advance of your expected arrival time. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
