Очень близко к центру города и вокзалу Уютно и чисто, есть все необходимое (полотенца, стиральная машина, кастрюли-сковородки и т.д.) Можно корректировать время заезда и выезда (заехать чуть раньше и выехать чуть позже) Быстрый интернет Прямо напротив парадной - отделение полиции, ночью ходит дежурный (чувствуешь себя в большей безопасности)

В парадной установлены датчики движения, которые включают и выключают свет. Они не всегда реагируют, и приходится подниматься в кромешной тьме Поблизости не очень много приличных магазинов - либо очень дорого, либо скудный выбор
