хорошее месторасположение (недалеко метро, магазины), новый дом с чистой парадной и придомовой территорией, приличный ремонт

плохо убранная квартира с грязной сантехникой, у душа порван шланг, сломанный холодильник (не работает морозилка), неисправная стиральная машина (дверь после стирки не открывается), ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНО ГРЯЗНЫЙ продавленный и скрипучий матрас на кровати, ГРЯЗНЫЙ диван - противно сесть, грязные старые пыльные одеяла, "протухшие" полотенца (на двоих дали два больших и одно маленькое), постельное белье с дырками соответствующее размеру кровати привезли на след.день после нашего звонка. Моющие и чистящие средства привезли также после нашего звонка (и то не все).
