расположение. просторные номера, обновленный ремонт, новая мебель. такая советская гостиница на твердую 3. без изысков.

общая неуютность, ооочень маленькие лифты. но главный минус - это завтраки. во первых, они комплексные - т.е. каша+ сыр+кофе, либо яичница, либо блины. Такой гадости я не ела даже в пионерском лагере. и это Белоруссия! просто невозможно есть, хотя мы не привередливые. Официантка одна, с козьей мордой - типа чего приперлися, мне тут некогда. молока для кофе ждали полчаса, воды ребенку пришлось выбивать скандалом(не входит в комплекс). На второй день пришли на завтрак в 10.05. - облом - обслуживание закончено в 10. Никого нет в зале. Мы просим, хоть кофе налейте за плату - не положено. Дайте хоть каши ребенку - наверняка на кухне осталось - не положено. Блин, ну что за фигня, смешно даже. но это все медлочи, конечно, переночевать пару ночей сгодится))

Гостиница расположена очень удачно, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Окна нашего номера выходили во двор, так что было тихо. Номер просторный, светлый, два больших окна. В принципе, все достойно. Есть некоторые минусы, но об этом ниже. Гродно очаровал всем.

1. Проблемы с кондиционером. По такой жаре это было существенным недостатком. Но надо отдать должное, что выделили нам вентилятор, хоть так. 2. Ресторан в самой гостинице не очень понравился. В смысле завтраков нормально, а вот пообедать-поужинать лучше, на мой взгляд, рядом, в пивном ресторанчике в этом же здании.

Хорошее расположение для изучения города. Завтрак конечно можно было бы более разнообразить, но нам было достаточно. Хороший ресторан и работает до позднего вечера.

Мы оставляли заявку на дополнительную кровать, но её не предоставили по приезду.
