Yellow Bird Apt. offers for all bookings (x 2 people) of a week stay for June & July a FREE Catamaran Excursion for the 1st person. Air conditioning is available with an independent split at a supplement of $10 USD per night (max 12 hours) or 15 USD per day and night (24 hours), due to the very high cost of energy on the island. Please note that the Booking Payment can be made through Bank Wire Transfer, in USD in cash or through credit cards (Visa or Master Card) at a supplement of 3.5% on the top for the transaction fee cost. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Yellow Bird Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time.
