Большой, хорошо оборудованный номер. Красивый открытый бассейн. Отличное расположение относительно транспортной развязки в центре Баку.

Мы бронировали этот отель, потому что хотели провести время в тихом месте с бассейном и частным пляжем, чтобы отдохнуть и нам никто не мешал. Однако, несмотря на то, что в отеле было не много клиентов, мы так и не воспользовались бассейном. Он был оккупирован людьми, которые просто приезжают на машинах здесь поплавать за символическую плату. Это не частный пляж, это бассейн в пятизвездочном отеле. Было немного обидно. На завтрак небольшой выбор блюд, слабый кофе и свежий сок - опять не совсем то, что вы ожидаете от '5-звездочного курорта'. На ресепшне приятный молодой человек, но от него ничего не зависит, а вот менеджер мерзкий тип, очень грубый и непрофессиональный. С такими людьми я никогда не встречался в отеле. Интересно, он когда-то слышал слова: обслуживание клиентов? Я думаю, что нет!
