Renovated in 2015 and located in the attic, the apartment comes with a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a dining area, dishwasher and an oven. A flat-screen TV , DVD player and PS2, as well as a CD player are provided. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, towels and bath robes.

The Donau Kanal is a 5-minute walk away, while the Friedensbrücke Metro Stop (line U4) and Jägerstraße Metro Stop (line U6) are 500 metres away.

The Spanish Riding School is within 2.5 km. Vienna International Airport is 19 km away.
