April 03 2013Квалифицированный, дружелюбный персонал на ресепшене, готовый помочь. В особенности менеджер по работе с гостями - мистер Лопез. Довольно просторные номера с утонченным дизайном и всеми необходимыми удобствами. Я получил удовольствия от пребывания в этом, очень новом, отеле в Вене.

Плохое обслуживание номеров.
Отель выполнен в виде оазиса, он расположен рядом с достопримечательностями города. Все номера красиво обставлены. За уборку в номере нужно дополнительно заплатить пять евро в день. Я впервые сталкиваюсь с такой политикой в 5-звездочном отеле. Не заказывайте один бокал вина, он стоит почти столько же, сколько и бутылка. Тем не менее, этот отель мне очень понравился.

Удивительно, но швейцар знал наши имена. Я заказал роскошный номер, и обслуживание на протяжении этих выходных было просто невероятным. Все сотрудники были счастливы и вежливы. Если вы хотите попробовать лучший горячий шоколад в мире, то убедитесь, что вы голодны и не планируете что-то есть после. Бассейн, сауна и русская баня были просто фантастическими. А как много полотенец? Номер был настолько просторным, что мне казалось, будто я был дома, находясь в ванной комнате. В следующий раз мы, безусловно, выберем более простой и дешевый номер, но каждый цент, заплаченный за отдых здесь, полностью себя оправдал. Это был настоящий, незабываемый праздник.
