1- Отель расположен близко от остановок общественного транспорта, так что легко добраться куда угодно. 2- В 20 минутах пешком от центра города. 3- Хороший завтрак с большим выбором блюд.

1- Очень неудобные подушки. 2- Нет номеров категории дабл. 3- Слабый сигнал Wi-Fi. 4- Необходимо обновить мебель. 5- Плохая вентиляция в ванной. 6- Нет условий для приготовления кофе/чая в номере. В целом, я считаю, что стоимость завышена, и я бы не порекомендовал этот отель.

Отель расположен вблизи центра общественного транспорта (Северный вокзал Вены), откуда идет прямая железнодорожная ветка к аэропорту.

Настаивали на предоплате денежным переводом, хотя я предоставил номер кредитной карты в качестве гарантии и заплатить должен был наличными по прибытии.

В любом случае, довольно положительный опыт. Персонал на ресепшене выдающийся! Хорошо информированный, и не жалеющий времени объяснять посетителям о достопримечательностях, транспорте и так далее. Немного подвело место расположения, однако рядом остановка, и поезд быстро доставит вас в оперу на Рингштрассе.

Чисто, красиво, близко к станции метро.

Отель (опять же) – чистый и красивый, комнаты достаточно большие, персонал очень вежливый и эффективный. Кровати неудобные (как для меня – слишком мягкие), и нет кроватей king size (вместо сих стоят сдвинутые вместе две односпальные кровати). Поэтому и вместо одного большого лежат два маленьких одеяла (в Австрии это обычное дело, но если вы с супругой, то спать очень неудобно). Поэтому я бы отелю дал только *** нежели ****.

Отель оправдывает свои 4 звезды в целом. Он расположен на тихой улице, это очень удобно - не в шумном центре Вены, но рядом с общественным транспортом, центром Пратерстерн, и недалеко от парка Пратер. До центра очень близко, до аэропорта 30 минут от станции метро. Персонал очень отзывчивый и всегда поможет с любыми вопросами. Номера очень большие и удобные, все они оборудованы по стандарту. Очень хорошо, что отель для некурящих.

Все впечатление об отеле портит обслуживание номеров. Мы вошли в комнату, а на столе было липкое пятно, мы уезжали из отеля – пятно так и осталось, потому что персонал так ни разу и не вытирал стол. Не хватало нормального холодильника. Для семей с детьми это настоящая катастрофа. Завтрак очень скудный и однообразный, но вы можете есть очень много. Такая еда очень приелась за две недели. Маленькая и неуютная ванна, неудобный душ. Любой звук из холла был слышен очень хорошо. Звуки же из соседних номеров слышны не были, что говорило о неплохой звукоизоляции в стенах. Но дверь можно поставить более прочную.
