Красивое здание, атмосфера истории и традиций, дух имперской Вены. Богатый и качественный завтрак. Номер чистый и опрятный, приветливый и гостеприимный персонал. Рекомендую.

Номер маленький и простенький, сигнал Wi-Fi слабый. Ужасный кофе на завтраке - лучше специально закажите чашку каппучино или эспрессо - это бесплатно.

Мне очень понравился район, в котором расположен отель. Церковь Вотив находится буквально напротив. До Грабена 15-20 минут ходьбы, до Ратуши - в два раза меньше. Что касается самого отеля, то тут не все так радужно. Помещения и обстановка давно и безнадежно устарели. Обои и ковровое покрытие пора заменить. Если вы путешествуете летом, имейте ввиду, что кондиционера в номерах нет. Нам повезло - в день нашего приезда слегка похолодало, иначе бы мы задохнулись. Кровати жесткие и неудобные, но после целого дня за осмотром достопримечательностей нас это не особо волновало.

Когда я пришел на ресепшн, чтобы заплатить по счету, они не согласились с ценой указанной на сайте. Я начал спорить, так как на сайте значилась цена в 333 евро – но они требовали 370 евро. Девушка на ресепшн (утро 4-го сентября) была очень невежливой и даже грубой.

Номер маленький и простенький, сигнал Wi-Fi слабый. Ужасный кофе на завтраке - лучше специально закажите чашку каппучино или эспрессо - это бесплатно.
